• Pasta thickness adjustment to adjust the width of the opening between rollers.
• It is advised to start at level 7, feed the pasta through and adjust the dial lower and feed the sheets through.
• Pasta cutting blades to create different widths of pasta, such as fettuccine and spaghetti.
• Smooth roller used to create pasta sheets which can be used for dishes, such as lasagne.
• Warning: The rollers must never get wet.
• You may clean the main frame with a damp cloth and dry immediately
• Clean the rollers by turning the handle, and running a pastry brush back and forth across each roller
• Store your pasta machine in a dry area
